Monitor rental: common questions
How much does it cost to rent a TV for a trade fair?
From €95 per day for a 43-inch 4K monitor up to €390 per day for 86–98 inches, excluding VAT, with delivery, installation, support and collection included. Bookings of 3 days or more get 10–20% off.
Can I use the monitor in portrait mode?
Yes. All our monitors can be installed in landscape or portrait, on floor stands, totems or wall brackets.
Can you play our content in a loop?
Yes. We load your videos and images on a media player or USB and set them to loop automatically every day of the fair.
Do I need to provide stands or brackets?
No. We bring floor stands, wall brackets or carts. For wall mounting we check with your stand builder that the wall can carry the weight.
