02Data we collect
Data you provide through our forms (name, email, phone, company, event details and messages) and technical data needed to run the site (IP address, browser type, pages visited). We do not collect special categories of personal data.
03Purposes and legal bases
We process your data to answer requests and prepare quotes (pre-contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); to perform rental contracts and issue invoices (contract and legal obligations, Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR); and, only with your consent, to measure site usage and the performance of our advertising (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
04Recipients and transfers
Service providers acting as processors: hosting (Vercel), database (Neon), email delivery (Resend) and, with your consent, Google and Meta for analytics and advertising. Some providers may process data outside the EU on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
05Retention
Requests and quotes not followed by an order: 24 months. Contract and invoicing data: 10 years, as required by tax law. Analytics data: up to 14 months.
06Your rights
You can access, rectify, erase or restrict your data, object to processing, request portability and withdraw consent at any time by writing to hello@eclipse-studio.dev. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
