01Scope
These terms govern the relationship between Eclipse Studio S.r.l. and clients renting LED walls, monitors and related services. Confirming a quote implies full acceptance of these terms.
02Quotes and booking
All services are by reservation. A quote is valid for 14 days; the booking is confirmed when we receive the deposit or the client’s written acceptance.
03Delivery and installation
Once the booking is confirmed we are ready within 48 hours at the main European exhibition centres; for other locations, timing is agreed in the quote. The client provides access passes, power supply and spaces that meet the technical requirements.
04Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the rental. The client is responsible for damage to the equipment caused by improper use, vandalism or events beyond normal use.
05Payment and cancellation
Payment by bank transfer or card. Cancellation is free up to 72 hours before delivery; within 72 hours, 50% of the amount is due.
06Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes between businesses, the courts of Milan have exclusive jurisdiction.
